Refund policy

Due to Covid-19 all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for a product if it was damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a return, you must first email us at info@otakubait.com within the first 7 days of order delivery date. your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving  your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. if a replacement item is not  available, we will refund full purchase price.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@otakubait.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
